Thank you for the outstanding service.
Shannon was an outstanding technician. He explained everything along the way and even when he found something that didn’t suit him he made it right. That is what I call going above and beyond and why we want a relationship with this company. Thank you for the outstanding service. I truly feel I have gained a new friend.Brice P. -
This company is an extra effort company.
In the past two years we have had a new central air system and have had our old breaker panel replaced by Airmasters. Excellent job by them both times. Everyone we came in contact with was a pleasure to deal with, especially the guys that actually did the work.Rocco C. -
Great team!
Sam was wonderful. He came to check on my heater and quickly found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely start using Airmasters going forward and refer everyone to them. So easy to make appointments and not have to wait weeks to get an appointment. The young lady thatMe M. -
I’m glad they have my back.
We’ve had two issues since we moved into our new home six months ago. Both times technicians were sent out late in the evening within an hour. They were courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem on a new-to-the-market system. On the occasion it couldn’t be fixed immediately, Derek made sure I had heat until it could be taken care of. They were back the very next day to get it fixed!Leigh O. -
Total professionals. Thanks again!
Troy Endtricht was my technical and I couldn't be more pleased. He took time to tell me thing about the system I did not realize. He gave me a complete rundown of the system checks he conducted. Airmasters installed this system in my new home and did a super job. Their follow up service is excellent and rapid if desired. I would use them for all your Heating and Air needs. They haven't been in this business for 35 years because they are doing something wrong.Ken F. -
I would highly recommend Airmasters to my friends.
Shannon arrive early and called to ask to go into garage, as I had left door open. I arrived home about 30 minutes, and he introduced him self to me from attic. Replacing the motor took about 2 house. I am completely satisfied and A/C again.Suzanne M. -

Thank you for such a quick and fantastic job!!
I came home to a warm home on Tuesday evening. I was referred to AirMasters and gave them a call at 5:20. Shannon Holmes was out to my house by 6:30. By 7:45 our AC was fixed!! He was very honest, friendly, and professional! We signed up for them to service our system because of the professionalism that was shown to us.Misty P. -
Once again, Airmasters to the rescue.
I had a contractor install two Nest controllers only to find them not working properly. Airmasters came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. The service tech Hunter also found a potential problem in one of my heating units that could have resulted in a fire. If you need electrical, plumbing or AC help, go to these guys. I can’t recommend them enough.Joe C.
Do Two-Prong Outlets Need to Be Upgraded?
Two-prong outlets lack the grounding connection that modern appliances and electronics rely on for safety. The ground wire provides a safe path for electrical current in the event of a fault, protecting you from shock and preventing damage to equipment. While two-prong outlets aren't necessarily unsafe for devices designed to use them, many modern appliances require grounded three-prong outlets.
Simply replacing a two-prong outlet with a three-prong outlet is not a proper solution unless a ground wire is actually present in the box. Installing a three-prong outlet without a ground creates a false sense of security. The correct way to upgrade depends on the wiring situation. If a ground wire is present but wasn't connected, we simply connect it and install a grounded outlet.
If no ground wire exists, which is common in homes wired before the 1960s, the best solution is to run a new ground wire by replacing the old two-wire cable with a modern three-wire cable.
Another option is to install a GFCI outlet, which provides shock protection even without a ground wire. The GFCI must be labeled "No Equipment Ground" as required by code.
