Working with Airmasters was a very pleasant
experience. My unit was old and had some serious problems.
They met with me right away and it didn't take long to have a
bid I could live with. A time was given when the unit could be
changed (only a few days!). The installation crew was
courteous and did a great job. I stayed with them and
mostly out of the way. Any questions I had were answered
quickly and honestly. They were very professional and did a
great job. I am well pleased for far with the system. It is
quiet and most importantly doing a great job. Now I am looking
forward to seeing those heating and cooling costs down.
I would recommend Airmasters to anyone. And I am sure that I
will recommend the Trane line of H & c systems. Thank you for
allowing me to participate in this survey and giving me a
change to pat Shane and everyone else at Airmasters in
Cleburne for doing such a great job. Thanks Shane and all the
men and women that helped me through this small disaster.

I love my new system. Even though my old
system worked great and it was around 25 years old, it just
wasn't energy efficient, not like my new Trane.

and my heat was completely out - you were there first thing

Very are happy with our contractor. Our other
Trane system was 20 years old, still working but no longer
that energy efficient.

Working with Shane from Airmasters was
great. Even after the installation of the system was complete
he came out and did some additional clean-up that the install
crew had missed. We had requested some specific changes in the
way our new system was installed versus the existing system.
Shane made sure these requests were accommodated.
